At the same time, the content of the site cannot, in whole or in part, be disseminated through communication channels, such as the Internet, television, radio or any other nature in the absence of prior written authorization from Gold srl.
Conditions of sale
This document contains the general conditions of sale and online payment via the website corresponding to the domain name www.goldboutique.it owned and managed by Gold srl, with registered office in Via Vitruvio 296 Formia (LT) Partita VAT, Fiscal Code IT02777970597 and registration number in the Business Register Number Rea LT 198611 Latina (LT). These general conditions, except for any exceptions specifically agreed in writing, govern the relationships between Gold srl and the customer, consumer or professional.
Payments
On the PayPal website you can choose 2 payment solutions:
• Credit card - you can pay for your order with credit cards or prepaid cards from the main international circuits such as Visa, Mastercard, PostePay and AmericanExpress, directly and without the obligation to register with the PayPal circuit.
• Pay with PayPal - in this case you will have to be registered or register for the first time on the PayPal circuit, authenticate with your access data and confirm the payment.
After sending the order you will receive further information in the order process.
Conclusion of the contract
Once payment has been made, the purchase order is taken over by goldboutique.it which will send an email confirming the order received only. Once the correctness of the payment and the personal and shipping data has been verified and the availability of the ordered product has been verified, goldboutique.it will consider the contract concluded and will confirm the execution of the order via email with all the relevant information. It should be noted that goldboutique.it may cancel purchase orders that do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency or that are incomplete or incorrect or in the event of unavailability of the products. In these cases, the user is informed by email that the contract is not concluded and that goldboutique.it has not processed the order. In particular, in the case of products no longer available, or on sale at the time of the last access to the site (i.e. the sending of the order form) but subsequently no longer available, goldboutique.it will be responsible for communicating promptly and in in any case within thirty (30) days starting from the day following the day on which the order was sent, any unavailability of the products ordered. In the event of an unconcluded contract which nevertheless generated payment of the price, goldboutique.it will promptly reimburse the amount already paid by the user.
Right of withdrawal
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the last good.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you are required to inform us (to Gold srl, Via Vitruvio, 296 - Formia (LT) – CAP 04023 - Tel.: +39 0771 324687 - E-mail: info@goldboutique.it) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration (for example a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). To this end, you can use the attached standard withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, you will be refunded all payments you have made to us, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery from offered to us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. These refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a consequence of such reimbursement. The refund may be suspended until the goods are received or until the consumer demonstrates that he has sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14 day period has expired.
You are only responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.”
Guarantees and originality of the product
All products sold through the site are covered by the manufacturer's warranty for defects of conformity, lasting 12 months if the customer is a professional operator (and, as such, with a VAT number) and lasting 24 months in case the customer is a consumer, as required by Legislative Decree no. 206/2005. The manufacturer's warranty is provided within the terms of the law. The warranty applies to the product that presents a lack of conformity, provided that the product itself is used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and as provided in the attached documentation. In the event of a lack of conformity, Gold srl will, at no cost to the customer, restore the conformity of the product through repair/replacement or reduce the price or terminate the contract. If, following an inspection by Gold srl, the defect does not result in a lack of conformity, the customer will be charged for any costs of verification and restoration, where applicable, as well as transport costs if supported by Gold srl. In the event that Gold srl, for any reason, is not able to return a product under warranty to its customer (restored or replaced), it may proceed at its discretion to refund the amount paid taking into account the use of the product or to its replacement with a product having equal or superior characteristics. The repair times or possible replacement of the defective product depend exclusively on the manufacturer's policies and no damage can be requested from Gold srl for any delays in carrying out repairs or replacements. In cases where the application of the guarantees provides for the return of the product, the same must be returned by the customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories). In order to limit damage to the original packaging, Gold srl recommends placing it in a second box.
Gift Box
Customers can choose, when completing the order, the possibility of sending the purchased item as a gift to a different address than the one registered as long as it remains within the same country. The product(s) will be sent to the address defined by the customer, in a gift box together with a customizable greeting card. You will also be asked for the sender's address, which will appear on the shipment package. The invoice and product prices will not be included in the package for shipments within the European Union, but sent via email to the sender.
Promotional codes
Customers who subscribe to the Gold srl newsletter will receive information on the products and companies in the catalogue, images and presentations of events and fashion shows, updates on promotions and promotional codes. Promotional codes, received via email, are strictly personal and non-transferable. Each promotional code, by nature, has a validity period and this time limit cannot be extended in any way. In some cases, promotional codes are valid exclusively for certain brands or items, specified in the email containing the code. Promotional codes cannot be combined, transferred and/or sold. Gold srl reserves the right to refuse orders placed through the use of promotional codes that show signs of duplication or fraudulent use.

Sizes vary considerably depending on the designer. For this reason, on the page of each product you will find the following information: • A link to the "Size Table" where you can convert international sizes, get information on product measurements, a guide to use, and further information on how the garments dress and if they have particular adhesions or abundances. Gold does not guarantee in any way that the content of the site complies with the regulations in force in other countries. Access to the Gold srl website from places where its contents are considered illegal is expressly prohibited. Users who decide to access the site from these countries are fully aware of the legal consequences and sanctions they risk incurring and will be solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
