For our shipments we rely on the express courier DHL.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during office hours.
You will receive a confirmation email containing the Tracking Number to follow the status of your order.

Shipping costs and delivery times, which vary depending on the country of destination, can be viewed in the following table. In the case of exports and the presence of customs, the timing may vary. Gold Boutique's Customer Service monitors all shipments and intervenes to resolve any customs issues. Any customs taxes due to shipments outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer.
